Our raw honey is screen filtered, leaving in all of the beneficial enzymes. Because of this the honey may crystalize and harden over time, especially when stored in a cool place. Store bought honey is often boiled to destroy the enzymes so that this natural crystallization process does not occur.
To make raw honey runny again, place the bottle in the sun or in warm water for a bit (not boiling as that eliminates the enzymes), or you can just eat it all before it hardens!
